• Accusative (movement – wohin?/ What)

🧠 SDMA (Static Dative, Moving Accusative)

When a sentence contains both a verb and a Wechsel preposition, the preposition's SDMA rule wins, regardless of what the verb alone might suggest.

🪑 Stationary --> Dative

Where is it?

• Das Bild hängt an der Wand.
• Das Buch liegt auf dem Tisch.
• Der Hund schläft unter dem Tisch.

🏃 Movement --> Akkusative Where is it going?

• Ich hänge das Bild an die Wand.
